How to reach us

By car

From Palermo: Take the A20 highway towards Messina until the Cefalù exit. Continue towards Messina on the SS113. At Contrada Santa Lucia (see Hotel Santa Lucia), turn right onto the SP road to Gibilmanna. Follow the road to the Circonvallazione and, after about two minutes, you will reach the access road to the hospital.

From Messina: Take the A20 highway towards Palermo until the Cefalù exit. Continue towards the SP road to Gibilmanna and follow the signs to the hospital.
From the SS113 coming from Messina, follow the signs to the SP road to Gibilmanna.

From Palermo
From Falcone Borsellino Airport in Cinisi, head to Palermo and take the A20 highway towards Messina. Exit at Cefalù and continue towards Messina on the SS113. At Contrada Santa Lucia (see Hotel Santa Lucia), turn right onto the SP road to Gibilmanna. Follow the road to the Circonvallazione, and after about two minutes, you will reach the access road to the hospital.

From Catania
From Fontanarossa Airport, take the A19 highway towards Palermo. Continue on the A20 towards Messina/Cefalù. Exit at Cefalù and proceed towards Messina on the SS113. At Contrada Santa Lucia (see Hotel Santa Lucia), turn right onto the SP road to Gibilmanna. Follow the road to the Circonvallazione, and after about two minutes, you will reach the access road to the hospital.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Bus – Cefalù Urban Public Transport
The hospital is accessible via urban public transport lines “3” and “4”, which connect the facility to the Cefalù train station and the Piazza Cristoforo Colombo terminal (Lungomare). Both lines ensure a frequency of approximately 30 minutes from the hospital.

The first departure from the Piazza Cristoforo Colombo (Lungomare) terminal is at 7:30 AM, and the last one is at 8:30 PM. On the return trip, the bus stops near the train station, with the first departure from the hospital at 6:12 AM and the last at 8:42 PM.

From the train station to the hospital, the first departure is at 6:35 AM and the last one is at 9:10 PM. From the hospital to the train station, the first departure is at 6:45 AM, and the last one is at 9:20 PM. Terminal: Piazza Cristoforo Colombo (start of Lungomare).

ABOUT GIGLIO HOSPITAL

The Cefalù Hospital is located uphill from the Norman town, offering a unique view of the sea and the ancient village, where the twin towers of the Cathedral stand out.

The hospital includes departments for anesthesia and resuscitation, general medicine, general, vascular, and oncological surgery, cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, and urology equipped with a robotic system (Da Vinci).
