Fabio D’Agostino


He is a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree from Sapienza University of Rome. In 2014, he received PhD in nursing science from Tor Vergata University of Rome. Subsequently, he was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Biomedicine and Prevention, Tor Vergata University of Rome.

He is currently an Associate Professor in Nursing at the Saint Camillus International University of Health Sciences, and he is habilitated for the position of Full Professor.

So far, he has published more than 50 scientific works in peer-reviewed journals.

His research mainly concerns the study of nursing information systems and the self-care in heart failure. His research was funded by the European Union, the Italian Center of Excellence for Nursing Scholarship and the Association for Common European Nursing Diagnoses, Interventions and Outcomes (ACENDIO).
