Margherita Pallocci

I graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and subsequently obtained my specialisation in Legal Medicine at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.

I am currently a PhDs in Applied Medical and Surgical Sciences at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. My principal research areas concern the different profiles of professional medical liability, with a focus on civil liability and forensic pathology.

Regarding my professional activity, I deal with medico-legal consultancy in the field of health professional liability, both civil and criminal, as well as the assessment of personal injury in civil liability.
